Please either enter the details in the text box provided on the listing or add the item to your shopping cart and leave any instructions in the “notes to seller” text box on the checkout screen.

Or click the “Note to seller” text box on the checkout screen and send us through some details of what you have in mind. We will prepare your design draft accordingly

Please let us know if any change of engraving details and notify us before your design draft is ready! we DO NOT accept major change of detail once design draft ready for confirmation.

We will send you a digital proof within 1-2 working days of ordering.   This will be sent through the whatsapp or email.

Minor amend allow for 2 times.

**For Image change straightly NOT allow after draft send for confirmation, if you are unsure for the image outcome do not hesitate contact us for advise ** 

Amend /changed of whole entire design straightly NOT allow.

You can then reply to this message with your approval or design changes.

Please reply to these whatsapp / emails as quickly as possible to avoid any delays in the dispatch of your order.

If no response has been received after 24 hours I will proceed with the design that I feel best matches your requirements.

All items are packaged in a gift box (made from recycled materials) and are ready for gifting.

All gift box Ribbons, FREE gifts, Preserve Flower or Accessories are in random color and design based on our availability.

If you are ordering as a gift and would like it sent directly to the recipient,  we also include a personalised message along with the item (excluded invoice ). Simply leave the message card details on order note during checkout.

Please keep in mind that any international orders outside of the Malaysia will require a customs declaration form to be attached to the outside of the parcel declaring the contents. If you are concerned about the recipient knowing the contents, please ensure someone can remove the label upon arrival.

Shipping Information

Upon design draft confirmation production times in 3-5 working days plus shipping times:

  • Shipping fees are FREE for West Malaysia & RM15 East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak).
  • Standard delivery time to West Malaysia 2-3 working days & East Malaysia is 4-10 working days.
  • International delivery  typically 7-14 working days

Please expect delays during festive periods and sales promotion periods. All shipping times are estimates based on information provided by courier company and cannot be guaranteed.

Please note that, for international deliveries, packages may sometimes be delayed by customs inspections, bad weather and postal service issues, which are beyond our control.

You may check your tracking number by log into our website or whatsapp / FB Messenger to check your tracking number from shop assistance.

Cancelation, Return, Refund & Exchange

**We do not accept any order cancellations upon order confirmed**

The following items CAN NOT be returned, refunded or exchanged upon design confirmation by buyer.

Unless items arrive damaged, defective or wrong item sent, exchanges are acceptable. Please contact us within 24hours upon receipt of your item.

Warranty Policy

Will not apply any of the warranty on all personalized items.

For Electronics & Gadgets, 3 month warranty from the date of received (not included human caused damage).

Please contact us for a warranty request.

Care Instructions

WOOD / BAMBOO – Items is finished with a coating for protect against moisture however submergence in water is not recommended and will cause lasting damage so please keep the wood/bamboo products as dry as possible between uses. Simply wipe it off when finished and it will last a long time. DO NOT soak your wood/bamboo products into water or hot water and also DO NOT put your wood/bamboo products in microwave or dishwasher, HAND WASH ONLY. If you’d like to apply another protection layer, we suggest you to apply with Mineral oil or olive oil. It will keep your wood feeling natural and lasting.

WOOD/SILICONE – Remove items from packaging prior to giving to the child. Retain instructions for future reference. Wash and Inspect products for defects, DO NOT STERILIZE. These items can be clean with soapy water or a wet wipe. Please check all items regularly for damage and dispose of if broken. And keep all items  as dry as possible between uses. Simply wipe it off when finished and it will last a long time. DO NOT soak your wood/bamboo products into water,  hot water , microwave or dishwasher, HAND WASH ONLY.

ALUMINIUM– can be polished with a microfibre cloth and can be cleaned with some soapy water.  Store your Aluminium items out of direct sunlight and in a cool dry place.

CRYSTAL / STERLING SILVER- can be polished with a microfibre cloth and can be cleaned with some soapy water.  Store your  jewellery items out of direct sunlight and in a cool dry place. Remove before bathing or exercising to keep jewellery looking its best.

LEATHER – Leather products can be cleaned with a damp cloth and polished with leather conditioner to keep the leather supple. Store leather items out of direct sunlight and in a cool dry place.

 

WOOD/ LEATHER COLOR

Due to the natural quality of wood and leather, grain and colour may vary between each product and may differ from that of the product image.

This makes each product truly unique, however if you have a certain shade of wood in mind please get in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate this from what we have in stock.
